A bunch of happenings for today...
As Corrin mentioned, Sophia had her sleep test last night. I don't like to think that I'm ignorant of medicine and medical practices, but that's the truth. I would think that if the goal of a test was to determine how well a child slept, you would be interested in seeing how they did in a state of normalcy... I completely fail to see how Sophia was supposed to get anything but a distressed state of sleep by the way that she was set up, by the way that she was in a strange and foreign place, and by the fact that she went to bed late and was awoken early... That's just what I think...
Anyway, I had originally planned on dropping the girls off at school while I worked at home and awaited the son-in-law of a co-worker to take a look at our sprinkler system for some repair work. As it was, with the girls running wild, I'm actually pretty happy I accomplished what work I did. Those are the breaks...
I took Isabella to her dance class, (the last one before her Spring performance). They went through two of the songs. One of which I was able to get on video... The photo below is the first frame. Isabella is the one in front.
The next thing I'd like to discuss is the fact that both girls pretty well finished their plates tonight. It's possible there were holes in those plates because surely this has never happened.
As for last, since the girls had done so well eating, we made the last of the cookies from the dough my mother left us last weekend. This must prove my point about the plates with holes, the girls took a couple of bites of each cookie and left the rest. No holes in these plates. Of course, the little pigeons may have been trying to do me a kindness as I quickly gobbled those cookies down...
