poor Dave

Poor Dave, he woke up super early to go to a conference. Long story short, the conference starts tomorrow....he had to drive home and put on his "business clothes" and the drive downtown. I got back on the exercise wagon today....Because I am bringing the girls to school in the morning, I have to do a quick workout after school. The pedatrician called me while I was driving home. Sophia's blood work came back and it was interesting. She has a normal thyroid, but has high levels of of TSH. Which is uncommon...the dr. said it could be a lab error (everything else came back fine) or something we should look into...so she faxed Sophia's test results and records to UT Pediatric Endochronology. They looked at the results and called her back. They want us to do another blood test. If the results come back the same (normal thyroid, high TSH), they won't make an appointment with her because they feel she should see another specialist (maybe a gastro specialist)...which my dr. thinks is odd because Sophia doesn't throw up a lot, etc....so we are just going to take it one day at a time and start with the blood test redo....when it is all said and done, she could just be a very petite little girl with a big personality:)
