Dave, Isabella, and I flew to upstate New York to attend a childhood friend's wedding. We flew into Rochester and drove about an hour to the lake district. After the wedding we drove to Buffalo to visit Dave's Aunt and Uncle. We had a great time and were even able to go to Niagra Falls.
Things have been so hectic this last month and a half. We bought a new house in Cinco Ranch in Katy and are awaiting the sale of our house on Hazen. (hopefully close in a couple of days). Dave and I love living in suburbia. We love our house because of the neighborhood and the space. We spent Memorial Day weekend exploring our new neighborhood and going to the pools. Cinco Ranch has about 10 different pools that we have access to. Saturday we took Isabella to the beach club- a huge pool surrounded by a sand beach, next to a lake where you can rent paddleboats. Today we walked to a pool by our house. It was awesome. It had a huge pool for everyone, a smaller one with diving boards, and a very cool baby pool that reminded me of water world. We haven't even ventured to the water park pools in our neighborhood. Dave went to Garden Ridge and bought a swing for our front porch (it acutally looks nice). He wants us to hang out in the front more and meet neighbors. He is so sweet.
Christa and I finally graduated from Sam Houston State University with our masters in educational leadership. We are super excited to be done and that the school year is almost over!
