And of course my blog would not be finished without me talking about dinner...yes, it was a dream dinner...a spanish dish (chicken and rice)...it was really good...so easy...I took it out, poured the sauce over the casserole, covered with cheese and cooked for 50 minutes...the last 5 minutes I took the lid off.....how easy is that....and it was good!!!!
