Finley Katherine Wilcox

Happy Birthday Finley Katherine!!! We are so in love:) She is perfect and looks just like her big sister Sophia looked in the hospital.



Dave and I barely got any sleep last night because we were excited! We arrived at the hospital at 5:30 am..my dr came in at 7:30 and broke my water. At 8:00 they started the piticon. I started having the worst contractions of my life..they came hard and fast..about every minute...pain scale 10 or 11...for about 30 minutes I thought I was going to die..I kept begging for an epidural..we had to wait for dr to finish another one..at one point I cried to Dave that I just wanted to get out of the bed and run away:)

Finally he came and saved my life...I did not care he was putting a needle in my spine...it worked almost immediately:) I then just relaxed.



Christa, Charlotte, Abbey, and Allison stopped by to check on me. Karen, Rich, and the girls stopped by. The rest if the afternoon I progressed quickly..I was dilated to a 10 around 12:30. We had to wait for my dr to arrive. She was ready to come out:) My dr arrived and 3 easy pushes she was here...what a sweet blessing:)



She is such a sweet baby:) she was born at 1:11. She weighed 6 lbs 7 oz and is 20 inches long. She had latched so well...

We had a few visitors and then they left. Dave ran across the street and got us Cheesecake Factory for dinner:)

Life is good and we are sooo blessed!!
