We heart Modern Family

We love that show...Dave bought the first season and we watched it together...we can never agree on a show to watch together and everyone kept saying how funny it was....and they were right....we just started the second season....modern family reminds me of the skelly family....it is scary how much alike we are. This morning Dave woke up and went to exercise...the plan was to go to mass at
11 am....he left at 7:30...I thought he would be gone for 1 hr but it was 2....I then found out mass was 9:45 or 11:30...I didn't want to wait so long...so we gave Dave a reprieve (just for this week)..Isabella was adament she didn't want to go to the nursury...so Sophia went gladly (sans 3.00 fee...I know, what kind of church charges for the nursury..haha)...and Isabella promised she would be an angel with me....we even sat in the sanctuary in the middle...she was good for the most part, but she had her moments...at one point during the homily she just started laughing and laughing and laughing....all was well...the message of the homily was we need to give our time, talent, and treasures to God...they also provided a yearly balance of the church...once again, our church (during a recession) was in the black....the church had an extra half a million dollars...wow....everyone must be very generous!!!! We took the rest of the day easy. We watched the Saints win (Who DAT), went grocery shopping, and then I worked on lesson plans. We went upstairs and played with the girls...we played freeze tag...it was funny...Sophia never really understood the game, but still had a blast. Life is good....we are so blessed....we are home the next 2 weekends and then go to Austin for my mom's bday present and for Dave and the girls to hang out with his parents...
