World News

The world news has been crazy the past three days...It started with the Boston Marathon bombing, then some crazy entertainer from Mississippi started sending people in Congress letters laced with ricin, and then last night there was a horrible explosion in West, Texas at a fertilizer plant that killed a lot of innocent people. What is happening...all we can do it pray for everyone.

On a more positive note, last night Dave's company had a fancy event downtown at the House of Blues.  The company paid to have a really great jazz band from New Orleans flown in.  Dave and I decided to make a date night and go to dinner before at McCormick and Schmicks...Christa is awesome and met me along the interstate to get the girls.  They had a blast with their cousins and aunt.  We are so blessed to have family around us.  We picked the girls up around 10:40 and then got home a little after 11....needless to say all 4 of us are dragging today.  I am super excited tomorrow is Friday!!!!
